"Acchan" is a fisherman's inn located in Ine Town, Kyoto Prefecture, managed by a fisherman's wife. It is a limited to one group per day accommodation in a boathouse. The landlady of the inn, "Acchan," is a storyteller who knows everything about the history and tourism of Ine Town. It is the one and only inn where you can experience the full charm of Ine Town.

When it comes to winter and Ine, nothing beats Kanburi (winter yellowtail)! At Acchan, we proudly offer "Ine's Yellowtail Shabu-Shabu." Tango's yellowtail shabu-shabu is unique for its thinly sliced, wide pieces of fish. Simply swish the slices in hot broth to lightly cook the surface, and enjoy the exquisite flavor!

The master of our inn, "Acchan," is a fisherman who catches fresh fish using traditional set-net fishing methods. Additionally, our staff members source pesticide-free vegetables and rice directly from local farms in Ine. Nearly all of our dishes are crafted using ingredients exclusively from Ine, allowing you to savor the essence of each season in Ine.
